Newly constructed (Sept. 2022) The Sandlot 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Surf City beach house has everything you need for a visit to the coast or short-term rental. The views are undeniable, and the private dock lends an opportunity to fish/crab.
The Sandlot is a 4 bedroom beach house in surf city, NC that has everything you need for a visit to the coast or a short-term rental. SNOWBIRDS WELCOME!
There are 4 floors...the ground floor provides direct access to the backyard/pool/cabana area. From there you have the option to take the elevator to each floor. The 2nd and 3rd floor provide access to a large front and back deck. The 4th Floor, my favorite, provides access to a large back deck with the most epic of views. Each deck provides ample seating to enjoy the views!
There is a SONOS sound system on each deck and by the pool/cabana area and in all major living areas in the inside of the house.
There are 4 bedrooms all of which have access to a deck. The master bedroom has a king bed with a smart tv and a private attached bathroom. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and attached private bathroom and there are two bedrooms with a jack and jill style bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a bunk bed with two double mattresses and a twin trundle. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress and twin mattress.
There is a chefs kitchen with large dining table and a picnic table on the back deck as another option. There is a large living area with sectional couch and surround sound with the smart tv.
While this is a relaxing, romantic, peaceful refuge for adults this beach house is a kids paradise! A 5 minute walk to the beach, direct access to a private dock for crabbing, fishing, kayaking, a pool, cabana with a smart tv, and large back yard where kids can play games and toss a ball around!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, outdoor patio, 2 garages, private dock, yard, and to the private beach access point at the end of the street.

Located in Surf City, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Escape Spa and Inis Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Surf City Beach and Holly Shelter Game Land. Thomas Tackle and Seafood and Ohana Paddle Sports are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating.
