Very comfortable and well maintained home with elevator- No hauling your suitcases & groceries up flights of stairs- The elevator provides easy access from the ground floor to the middle bedroom level and top floor reverse floor plan, with the upper living, dining and kitchen taking in the ocean views, and the top floor bedroom. The middle level has 3 bedrooms, 2 walking out to the large middle deck, and the 4th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There is an easy access garage to store your beach coolers and chairs, and plenty of parking in the driveway. Don't miss out on this amazing very well maintained home- the perfect stay for your Topsail vacation! Linens (sheets and towels) included!
Guest have access to the lower level garage & large paved parking area which can park 6 vehicles or give you room to gather around the grills & enjoy the evening. Charcoal and gas grills provided, and a private outdoor shower with changing area makes washing off the sand simple. Conveniently located between Surf City and Topsail Beach for easy access to stores, restaurants, piers & lots more. Check in is at 3pm and check out is 10 am.
