• Deeded sound access directly across the street with a beach, no dock access
• For larger boats: Bush’s Marina nearby for ramp or slip rental—just a 2-minute drive or bike ride

• Media room perfect for movie nights and family games
• Storage room stocked with beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach cart, toys
• 3 kayaks, 4 bikes, and a cornhole set included
• Dog-friendly (max 2 dogs, $200 non-refundable fee PER dog) pet fee is non refundable, the applies to any reason at all.
