On the 1st floor of this reverse floor plan property, you will find all three bedrooms, and both full baths. The first room as you come down the hall offers two twin beds and access to the first-floor-covered ocean-side deck. Next door to this bedroom, centrally located, is a full shared bathroom with a shower tub combo and vanity sink. The second bedroom on the ocean side of the property offers a queen-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV, and also has access to the covered ocean-side deck. Sit out and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoons when you need a break from fun in the sun. The final bedroom is the Master Suite complete with a King bed, Flat-screen TV, and a private bath with shower tub combo and vanity sink. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall for guest use.
