Located in the Turtle Cove complex of Surf City, NC, this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Townhome sits oceanfront and offers private beach access as well as access to a community pool. When you first arrive you are greeted by parking for up to 3 cars, with both covered and non-covered spaces. Head up the entry stairs and use your keyless access code to get your vacation started.

The first floor of this lovely home includes the main living area, the kitchen, a full bath, and the 1st bedroom. Immediately to your right as you enter the property you will find the 1st bedroom. This bedroom offers Two Twin Beds and a flat-screen Smart TV. This room shares access to the full bath, with a shower tub combo, which is conveniently located in the hall. As you pass the bathroom you come to the kitchen which is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of your basic cooking needs. Whip up delicious meals during your stay or just enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning before heading out to the beach. The living room entertainment center secretly stores the foldable dining table and chairs! The table is located in the middle compartment while the chairs are tucked away in the two side compartments. There is also an additional 3 seats at the kitchen bar so that everyone can gather together to enjoy their meals. The cozy living room offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen Smart TV and access to the oceanfront deck. Step outside and soak in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from your own private beachfront area. The sizeable lower deck has been furnished with an outdoor table set that seats six, a four-piece conversation set with a coffee table, and two captain’s chairs so you can relax and enjoy watching the kids play on the beach! When it’s time for them to come back inside they can use the rinse shower located on the deck to wash off.

Upstairs you will find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom as you come up the stairs offers a Queen size bed with a Twin loft bunk, flat-screen Smart TV, and Island views. This bedroom also has a private full bath, with a shower tub combo and vanity sink. The laundry area is conveniently located in the hall and has a full-size stackable washer and dryer for guests to use. Finally, we come to the oceanfront master bedroom. This remarkable suite offers a king-size bed, flatscreen Smart TV, and access to a private oceanfront deck with captivating views that you can take in from the upstairs captain's chairs and/or lounge chairs. In addition, the suite is complete with a dressing area that includes a large closet, a double vanity sink, and a private bathroom with a shower tub combo.

All TVs in the property offer Hulu Live TV streaming service as well as access to multiple streaming apps, so you can watch your favorite shows and movies while you unwind after a long day on the beach. The community pool is located in the center of the complex, across the street from the oceanfront units, and guests will be provided with a FOB for entry at check-in. ***Please Note: The complex pool is open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
