The loft bed is a great addition for an older child, teen, or adult in your group and offers a street side view of the area and Serenity Point’s pond. Sit on the street side porch to enjoy sunsets to the west or welcome the sunrise to the east from your ocean side porch. The home is just two units away from the community access to the beach and just down the street from the community pool.

Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking or vaping allowed in house at any time. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
