“Sea Life” A well decorated, pet friendly, ocean view townhome in a convenient location just walking distance to the pier, restaurants, bars and shops, with its own private, covered parking for two vehicles.
How you interpret ‘sea life’ is down to you! It may be the wonderful marine life on the island that you’ll spot, the shells you collect, the life on the beach around you - whatever you find brings you happiness and a sense of fulfilment at the ocean.

This is one of the most popular locations on the island!
The home is on an ocean front lot. You can see it has two duplexes built in front of it but you still have a great ocean and beach view to your left, right and straight ahead. You are only a number of steps to the sand!
You can sit out on the high top deck chairs, and enjoy the scenery. Plus as an extra bonus you can clearly see the waves, and often dolphins, from the kitchen and living area.
Guests love this location as the home is on a quiet street. It’s very rare there’s any street noise so you can hear the ocean at night too! We have a wonderful private beach access for the townhomes to use and it’s literally steps from the front door.
There is no road to cross to the beach and you are almost on the beach due to being on an ocean front lot already! You will not need to carry the beach gear far that's for sure. So much easier if you have little ones or your dogs with you.

Bed linens, Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, along with all the necessary items such as hair dryers, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning sprays, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper and washing detergents are all provided for you with no limit! Plus beach chairs, loungers, Beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, and a beach blanket.
We even provide a furry friends kit if you are bringing along your pet- dog bowls, poop bags, dog blankets, a medium/ small crate and of course some tasty treats are all there for your dog. It's their vacation too right!? All this is included in your stay at no extra cost to you!

The home has 3 smart TVs including one 65” screen with 125 channels including ESPN.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all items you will need if you decide to cook in and enjoy the ocean view on an evening.
There is a water boiler, coffee machine and a keurig and pods.
The home has a king bed in the ocean side bedroom, a queen and twin in the second bedroom on the quiet roadside with the washing machine and dryer. I feel the size of the home would best suit families of up to 3-5 people. The kitchen, dining and living area is upstairs. There’s one flight of stairs to access this area in the house, and there are stairs outside from the carport up to the front door. The two bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower floor. The unit is 978 sq foot.

We have had this rental just over a year and refurbished it at the start of 2023. We have changed most of the furniture and decor and added everything you need- if you have stayed at the home before please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

We have the most wonderful, thorough cleaning/ hospitality manager who we are very lucky to have so we hope to provide you with an amazing stay.
Topsail really is a special place- the beach is amazing, very relaxing and there's plenty to see and do for all types of beach fanatics! Lastly we ask to report any items broken or not working. We stay at the house regularly to keep an eye on things and need to know about any problems so we can fix them for our next guests. We take immense pride in the home and want it to be enjoyed by all.

Located in Surf City, this vacation home is near the beach. Back in Touch Massage, Yoga, & Lomilomi and Inis Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Surf City Beach and Holly Shelter Game Land. Ohana Paddle Sports and Thomas Tackle and Seafood are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking, motor boating, and surfing/body boarding nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling.
