Extra feature... a queen Murphy Bed in the living room, enjoy the space during the day while still having a comfortable place to sleep at night! The private balcony lets you enjoy sunrises over the Atlantic and also overlooks the pool and the beautifully landscaped courtyard. You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away. Added bonus, there is a washer and dryer in the unit!! This newly renovated condo has all you need to "seas the day"

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Surf Condos Information:
2026 HOA Run Community Pool: open April- October (opening and closing dates to be announced). 8 am to 8 pm daily, weather & safety concerns permitting.
Gate/laundry/parking passes/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
1st floor unit - exclusive use of covered parking under the unit. Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.

Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
No pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises
Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included but are available for an additional fee.

Located in Surf City, this condo is near the beach. Seacoast Art Gallery and Missiles and More Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ohana Paddle Sports and Mia's Marketplace. The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center and Topsail Skating Rink Topsail Beach are also worth visiting. Windsurfing, motor boating, and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.
