Cleanliness is our main priority. Cozy year-round home with amazing views on a flat lot directly on Seneca Lake and on a dead-end road. This location is perfect for anyone who either just wants to enjoy a quiet day at the lake, and sample the locally made wine, beer, cider, cheese, and ice cream, or sign up for all the fun and adventurous activities the area has to offer.
The remodeling of the kitchen in this house was just recently finished in June 2022 with brand new cabinets and appliances (Gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher). A large gas grill is located just outside the side door.
The new kitchen includes a new cooking set, dishes, flatware, glassware, etc. For your comfort, the house has central heat and window A/C units.
This house has a large bedroom with a Queen bed and a small bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a new Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. All mattresses and pillows have Allerease covers for “maximum allergy Protection”.
Located in Himrod, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Oliver House Museum and Arts Center of Yates County are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Torrey Ridge Winery and Miles Wine Cellars. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
