Sit on the balcony with your morning cup of coffee and watch the shrimp boats go by or enjoy the herons and egrets in the salt marsh. Our unit has a panoramic view of the ocean. The unit was totally remodeled in the spring of 2011, tile floors, stainless appliances, granite counters, 3 flat screen TVs, whirlpool tub/shower in master bath. It has all the bells and whistles. The kitchen is fully equipped, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender, crockpot. All you need to bring is your food. If you don't want to cook, there is a deli downstairs beside the pool. The baths are travertine tile and granite. There are two outdoor pools and one indoor pool on the property. Tennis courts, fitness equipment, and a grilling area are also onsite.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The adjoining bath has a whirlpool tub to relax in. The view from the window is a lagoon filled with turtles and an occasional alligator, salt marsh and the ocean.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and also has a flat screen TV. The bath is just across a small hall with a travertine tile shower and granite counter top.
The living/dining area has a queen size sleeper sofa. It also has a beautiful stone breakfast bar and table with seating for 4. There is a large flat screen TV on the wall. There is a wonderful view of the ocean from the glass doors leading out to the balcony.
It is an easy 6-8 minute walk across the wide boardwalk that crosses the salt marsh to our private beach. If you don't want to walk, the resort provides golf cart shuttle. At the beach there is a cabana (Coco's On The Beach) that serves food and drinks. Restrooms are also located there so you never have to leave the beach.
We provide beach chairs, an umbrella and large cart to take your items to the beach. All you need to bring is a beach towel and sunscreen!

Our gated resort is located at mile marker 7, which is mid island. It has 24 hour security and all the amenities to ensure a very enjoyable vacation.
Located in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, this villa is near a water park and by the ocean. Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Dunes Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Adventure Cove and Arts Center of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
