Inside, enjoy a bright, coastal retreat with modern upgrades throughout, including granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, shiplap accents, luxury plank flooring, smooth ceilings, fresh paint (2025), new lighting, and ceiling fans. The living area features a 52” wall-mounted TV, while two new wall-unit AC systems (2024) ensure year-round comfort. The bathroom has been fully renovated with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
The private bedroom includes a queen-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, AC unit, and generous closet storage. The fully stocked kitchen makes dining in easy with full-size appliances, a glass-top range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, and two coffee makers.
Ocean Dunes Villas amenities include an elevator, luggage carts, coin laundry on every floor, BBQ grilling area with outdoor seating, private beach cabana bathrooms, boardwalk-style beach access with outdoor showers, gated parking, lush landscaping, and high-speed 5G Wi-Fi (Spectrum).
Prime Location: Conveniently located between Coligny Circle and Sea Pines, the villa is just a 10-minute walk to Coligny Center and Celebration Park, offering dining, shopping, festivals, coffee shops, and family entertainment. Bike rentals are nearby, with over 60 miles of scenic trails, plus world-class golf, tennis, pickleball, fishing, and water activities. Pickleball equipment is supplied.
Housekeeping and on-site management are located across the street for easy check-in and check-out. A private parking pass and villa keys are provided at check-in.
