Behind the kitchen/dining room is a wet bar with another fridge, sink, ice maker, and walk-in pantry. Down the hall is a ½ bathroom.

The door off the living room brings you to a covered deck with ceiling fan featuring a large wood table that seats eight. The door of the dining room brings you to another covered deck with ceiling fans, heaters, an outdoor fireplace, a round table that seats six, patio couch and two patio chairs and 75" SMART TV to cheer on your favorite teams! These decks overlook the pool and lagoon. Walk down the stairs to the pool with waterfall feature. This area is nicely surrounded by lush landscaping and is right up against the lagoon.

Back inside, behind the kitchen sliding barn door, is the laundry room with sink and GE front-loading washer and dryer. This is also where the door to the two-car garage is. Up a few stairs there is a large bedroom over the garage featuring a king bed, accent chair, blue couch, and 55" SMART TV. The private bathroom has a single granite vanity and walk-in tiled shower.

On the second floor, at the top of the stairs, is a desk and chair. To the left is a bedroom with a full-size bed, twin bunk bed and 50" SMART TV. The private bathroom has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. To the right is a another master bedroom with a king bed, bench seat, 50" SMART TV and offers lagoon views. The private bathroom has double granite vanities and a large walk-in tiled shower. The final bedroom is at the front of the house and features a king bed, armchair, walk-in closet and 50" SMART TV. The private bathroom has a single granite vanity and a walk-in tiled shower.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
