A full size washer and dryer is also included for your convenience and an adorable child’s nook is located under the stairs.

The second level features a gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island offers an oversized counter with seating for 4. Off of the kitchen is a breakfast area with seating for 4 and the formal dining room which offers seating for 8. Another comfortable living space includes a 50" SMART TV, another queen sleeper sofa, and 2 large club chairs. The hall bath includes a walk-in shower conveniently located near the guest bedroom that has two twin beds and 32" SMART TV. Also on the second level is another king master suite with 50" SMART TV and full bath en-suite offering a walk-in shower. All showers in the home are equipped with mp3 music players.
