Upon entry your eyes will be immediately drawn out to windows to the beautiful ocean beyond! This open concept home is perfect of the whole family. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room seating eight comfortably. The living room features a sofa, love seat, reading chair, tv, and most importantly will lead you to the large ocean front porch with rockers and outdoor dining. Spend your evenings listening to the waves and watching the sunrise!

The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk with a double on the bottom and twin up top, TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. These rooms face the front of the house.

The other two bedrooms have fantastic ocean views. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, a private bath with a walk-in shower, and a sliding glass door to the oceanfront balcony. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath with a walk-in shower and another sliding glass door to the balcony.

The back of the property features a large backyard, the perfect place for evening games, and a large sundeck with loungers. There is a private beach path over the dunes for easy beach access. This will easily become your families favorite island escape!!

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Dunes Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and Sea Pines Forest Preserve. The Sandbox and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and cycling nearby.
