(Ski Season Rental also available.) Enjoy this charming home with large sliding glass doors and windows surrounding the open dining, living and kitchen areas. Large two-tiered deck overlooks the lawn and forested property with grill, picnic tables and lounge chairs. The main living area, which is one flight up, has two cozy bedrooms, each with double bed and closet and one full bathroom with shower/tub. Additionally, there is a master loft bedroom with queen bed, closets, bathroom, plus separate reading nook. One pull out queen couch on main floor living room provides extra sleeping. Copake Lake is a 5 minute walk (or you may drive) down a private gravel road to a shared area that provides access to swimming and picnic table. Kayak and boat rentals available at Marina. A short drive to grocery stores, farm markets, hiking trails, restaurants and gas stations. Nearby Copake Country Club offers golf and indoor/outdoor dining. Hudson, Great Barrington and other Berkshire and Catskill activities close by. This home has central air conditioning and is fully winterized with wood stove and electric baseboard heat. An ideal location, in any season, for your perfect getaway in the country!
