Lovely home on wooded lot in the highly sought after Mirror Lake neighborhood. The screened porch is a true highlight - great for napping, reading and entertaining. You will enjoy the cool temperatures and lovely breezes even in the summer (the elevation at the house is 3832). There is also a pretty field stone porch with adirondack chairs and a swing perfect for relaxing. Off the screened porch is a large, bright great room with a wood burning fireplace. We enjoy cooking so you will find the kitchen to be stocked with all the pots, pans and tools you need to create a great meal. This peaceful home is also conveniently located just 1.7 miles from downtown. You can even walk to downtown via beautiful and safe back roads. If you need to stay in touch with the outside world, there is great wi-fi and TV.
Mirror Lake, a neighborhood in Highlands, is home to this cottage. Highlands Country Club and Old Edwards Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Highlands Biological Station and Cashiers Farmers Market.
