Featuring a split floor plan on the main level, a bonus game room upstairs, 2 car garage and carport, and multiple decorated outdoor spaces for enjoying the cool mountain air.
The Main level sports a spacious open family room with a large stone gas log fireplace and several doorways that section off into each portion of the house, including 3 of the bedrooms and a beautiful formal dining room & kitchen with access to both the garage and the rear stone patio. Primary bedroom suite has a King-sized bed, large smart TV, and a spacious private bathroom and closet.
On the other side of the living room sits a hall with 2 guest bedrooms that offer Queen-sized beds and walk-in closets. They share a full bathroom in the hallway that has a shower-tub combo.
Upstairs, 2 additional bedrooms(Queen, Bunk with Twin & Double mattress) sit on either side of a bonus retro-inspired game room. Darts and a genuine juke-box sit next to a unique mini-bar with a rustic motorcycle embedded beneath the stools, and a Billiards table (which can be converted into Table Tennis) tops off the space meant for hours of simple and fun evening entertainment.
No expense has been spared on the expansive outdoor spaces at this home! The covered front porch with an adorable swinging bench overlooks a large grassy yard, and a short walk around the right-hand side of the house brings you to a charming seating area in front of a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace. If you continue around further, behind the carport, you'll reach the spacious stone patio with a covered U-shaped bar and gas grill. This extends around the back side of the house into more open seating with a steel-bowl firepit, and and additional high-top dining table.
