Beyond the veranda is a balcony with a fire pit (even with s’mores condiments provided!) and outdoor dining area. 50 mile views that never end! Make use of the decoration bins with various holiday decor available for Valentine Day, St. Patrick Day, birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. House faces north and south so you see the eastern sunrises and the western sunsets! Optional grocery shopping available for your arrival upon request and at your expense. And a local chef who can prepare personalized meals and dinners for you. This has become a very popular feature as the result is much more economical and convenient than going to local restaurants.
