A mere 6 miles or 6 minute drive from downtown Highlands in the Wildwood community lies this spacious and impeccably outfitted home. An expansive ground level living space with thoughtful touches from the artwork to the cozy, high end furnishings. A dreamy kitchen and dining room are yours to enjoy. Adults will relish in the wood burning fireplace and plush seating in the living room while kids and teens play basketball or disc golf outside or on the gaming console in the sofa bed room. The whole group can come together for evenings around the fire pit with storytelling and s'mores. As guests of this beautiful home you wil have the security of a full time caretaker who resides upstairs and is available if needed although his space is separate behind locked doors. All areas of the main level and decks, porches and fire-pit are yours alone to enjoy with privacy. The caretaker enters and exits through the garage to the upstairs quarters so the garage is not available for guest use however there is plenty of paved parking. Fur baby friendly with endless, quiet community streets to walk. This home is truly 5 star with every amenity provided for a relaxing and memorable stay. Private King suite with television, sitting area and access to the screened porch, walk in closet, en-suite bath with soaker tub, walk in shower and double sink vanity on one side of the home separated by the kitchen and breakfast table and living room from the queen bedroom and sofa bed room with a comfortable queen size therapeutic mattress. These two rooms share a beautiful updated bathroom with walk in shower. Great space for your family or a group of friends with ultimate privacy for all.

Located in Wildwood Mountain, a neighborhood in Highlands, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Highlands Art Gallery and The Bascom Center for the Visual Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Old Edwards Club and Highlands Country Club. Highlands Biological Station and Cashiers Farmers Market are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
