Main level has two living rooms, chef's kitchen, dining table to seat 8-10 guests, wet bar, work desk, and sliding door access to deck. Lower level has game room/den, second kitchen with two bedrooms and private deck. -Main floor master bedroom offers king size bed, TV, en-suite with tub, shower, two toilets, bidet, vanity, spacious closet, sitting area, private balcony, main deck access -Main Floor Bedroom 2 offers queen size bed, en-suite with shower, toilet, TV, two closets, vanity, drawers, and sliding door access to main wrap-around deck -Lower Level Master Bedroom offers king size bed, en-suite with steam shower, vanity, closet, drawers, large TV, direct access to lower deck -Lower level bedroom -Three full size beds with en-suite, jetted bath tub, TV, direct access to lower deck, private work from home desk/office Amenities include: 2-storey stacked stone fireplace with gas log, chef's kitchen, gas BBQ grill, entertaining equipped, board game table with dozens of popular games, telescope, outdoor dining table, child's toy closet, bridal suite, and much more. Whole house available with exception of garage, utility spaces, and locked storage closets.
Owner/Caretaker is available via phone, text, email, or scheduled visit Cowee Ridge is a gated community midway between Highlands and Cashiers. Cowee Ridge Road is a curvy single lane road that climbs 500 feet to the crest of Cowee Mountain. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with a 15mph speed limit. Guests are expected to be courteous and respectful of neighbors at all times. Please refer to the House Manual for HOA guidelines for sharing Cowee Ridge Road. Property is located 10 mins from Highlands and 10 minutes to Cashiers Parking for 6-8 cars, with covered parking for 2-3 vehicles Families with small children should always keep an attentive eye on kids around the property- Staircases, steep rock backyard, tall deck, etc present hazards to toddlers (and intoxicated adults). Guests are also responsible to abide by Bearwise recommendations for bear country. -Pets are allowed with prior approval, pet fee payment, and agreement of pet policy. -Small gatherings of up to 20 guests permitted with prior approval.
