The layout is very functional - the living room sits just off of the kitchen with a wood burning fireplace as the centerpiece. It opens to a dedicated dining space that leads to the back deck. Covered and screened, that back deck is spacious, allowing you to open up the doors to enjoy the mild summer days on the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau. The modern conveniences haven't been forgotten....flat screen tv's in the living room and two bedrooms along with wifi internet. Main level has a Master Suite (King) with access to the screened porch, and 2 guest bedrooms (Queens) on either side of the Kitchen. The owners have endeavored to make the most of the space on the painted mason-brick lower level, which has a second laundry machine set and a 4th bonus room with a Full and Twin bed, and a unique split half-bath.
