IN-TOWN cottage with frontage on Mill Creek. Privately set down a small wooded cul-de-sac road, enjoy the in-town convenience but with the sounds of the creek and nature from the screened in porch.
The floor plan is open and flows between the kitchen with updated appliances and granite counter tops, the dining area with formal seating for 6 to the living room with cathedral ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace framed by a wall of windows. Off the living room is a spacious screened porch with an outdoor dining area, cozy seating and access to the open deck with grill. Relax your day away listening to the sounds of the rushing creek below.
The main level master offers a King bed and large en suite with soaking tub and separate shower. The main level also houses a guest suite with Queen. The upper level is where you will find the 2nd master suite with a King bed and luxurious spa-style bath.

Located in Highlands, this vacation home is in the city center.
