In winter months (Dec – Feb) The pool is closed for the season.

Between October to April The Lake Cove Water Levels recede as part of the TVA flood management process. What emerges in the back of the property is a beautiful stream fed from the Fodder Creek into Lake Chatuge!

Pool Notice: Heated to 80–85°F in the months March - October. In the months of November - February the pool is closed for the season.

Guest Policy: Strictly no outside guests beyond registered and approved guests ($250 penalty per person per day).

No Pets: For allergy and guest preference reasons ($250 penalty per animal per day).
