We have a 4 person patio table and a BBQ grill, perfect for grilling and eating outdoors. Then set out to explore our city with major attractions (Downtown DC, Reston Town Center, Old Town Herndon, Great Falls, etc.) and convenient footpaths nearby to Sugarland Creek Trail.

Entire single family house with 3 levels for your comfort, enjoyment and privacy. Includes firve bedrooms with Smart TV (includes Netflix, hulu, etc.), 3.5 full bathroom, kitchen, dinning, living and family areas with plenty of seating. Lower level walk out level basement is convenient for guests with family members who require access to bathroom and a bedroom without having to walk up/down stairs.
