You get to the beach without crossing a street, which is perfect for families with young children, or for people who want their beach experience easy, up close and hassle-free.
Large primary suite with king bed and attached bonus space which can be an office space (we hope not, for your sake, but sometimes people have to work), reading room, or could even be an additional sleeping space for kids. Walk-in closet leads to private bath and shower.
Second bedroom features large closet, dresser, queen bed, and full bath with bathtub across hall.
One parking space is included, making what is otherwise a challenge of beach life (finding parking in such a desired neighborhood) a gentle breeze! And there is garage space for bikes, surf boards, beach chairs, and any other toys you may use
