La Bellavista is a contemporary mountain home that was specially designed and custom-built in the celebrated Laurel Park area of Hendersonville. Soak in the Blue Ridge Mountains in this luxuriously detailed home that boasts an ultra-modern design for comfortable living.
Close down your day by walking a couple of hundred feet to Jump Off Rock, which is located adjacent to the home. Jump Off Rock has three easy hiking trails and a long-range view of four states.
The designer utilized lots of large glass windows and doors to create the natural feeling of being outdoors while enjoying the comfort of indoors.
The entire second floor encompasses the stunning primary suite and a private covered deck with long-range spring/fall/winter views. The trees are protected, so the summer long-range views are instead beautiful views of some of WNC's native mountain trees.

* A sumptuous king bed, with a private living room, an in-wall gas fireplace, and a dream bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, double sinks, and tons of closet/storage space.
* Queen bedroom on the main floor with a full bathroom.
For your convenience, there is a very large covered carport that is big enough for four cars/trucks or an RV. Plenty of other parking as well.

2. Asheville Airport - 30 minutes, depending on the route/traffic
3. Summer view feels like you are in the woods, spring/fall/winter long-range views
4. Small dogs (30 lbs and under) are welcome with approval, and a pet fee will apply. Add a pet to your reservation, and it will add the pet fee.
5. Two gas fireplaces
6. Two bedrooms - Queen on the main level, King suite upstairs (you do need to climb stairs)
7. Downtown Asheville - 30 miles/ 45-50 minutes depending on route/traffic
8. Downtown Hendersonville - 5 miles/14 minutes
9. Grocery stores - 5 miles (Publix, Harris Teeters, Ingles)

Located in Hendersonville, this vacation home is in the mountains. Blue Ridge Mall and Southridge Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pisgah National Forest and Jump Off Rock. Elijah Mountain Gem Mine and Team ECCO Ocean Center and Aquarium are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like hiking/biking trails.
