Welcome to the Tree House where you have all the comforts you are looking for in a unique way.
This beautiful round house is tucked away in the mountains of Helen. Nestled in the trees, there is complete privacy and tranquility on this acre of land.
The inside of the house has plenty of personality. Unique bedrooms allow for rest and inspiration.

Please note, this is for the upstairs unit only. You have a private entrance and private deck.
The downstairs unit will also be occupied and has a separate entrance.
Guest access
Guests have access to upstairs level, upper deck and driveway.
This is a gated a community and the guard is on duty until 10:00pm. Guests must check in by 10:00 p.m. and fill out a rental agreement with vehicle info before arrival. This is a requirement of the community.
Other things to note
Please note, this is for the upstairs unit only. You have a private entrance and private deck.
The downstairs unit will also be occupied and has a separate entrance.
There is NO fireplace, fire pit or grill.
All guests must register at the guard gate.
Gate address is 15 Bahn Innsbruck, Helen GA 30545. Please request gate code for after hours access from the guard at registration.
Check in is at 3pm. Guests can check in no later than 10pm.
If you are driving to Helen coming from the North, GPS will take you to the back gate which is located off SR 365. Guests do not have access to this gate per Innsbruck Community rules.
At the house there is a smart lock on the front door. Touch lock in bottom left corner to light the keypad, then enter your code
Located in Helen, this vacation home is near a water park and in the mountains. Travelers eager for a bit of culture can stop by Helen Festhalle, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Unicoi State Park and Chattahoochee National Forest. Helen Tubing & Helen Water Park and Alpine Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Kayaking and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and mountain biking nearby.
