The property's 4-bedroom suites offer the following configuration:
A master King suite with separate shower and tub in the expansive ensuite bath;

A bunk room: 2 Full/Full bunk sets & ensuite bath
A vaulted ceiling living area off of the gourmet kitchen is offered, along with multiple decks with impeccable views from the hot tub and patio. Sage Hen 52 is one of our newest offerings at the new Deer Valley East Village with beautiful modern finishes and new mountain contemporary furnishings throughout.
A large 2 car garage completes the picture. This property requires a vehicle and is a short drive into downtown Park City, with ideal easy highway access adjacent, as well as a 2-minute drive into the Gondola parking lot if your group is skiing Deer Valley. If interested in other ski areas, the property is also ideally positioned to Canyons Village at roughly 10 minutes as well as Park City Mountain Resort at roughly 10 minutes.
In the summer, guests are ideally positioned for lake activities with the Jordanelle Marina and Boat Ramp/Beach Park at a 2 minutes' drive was well. Summer adventurers can also enjoy nearby hiking, biking, fishing and more. Enjoy all Park City has to offer year-round at Sage Hen 52.
Located in Heber City, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a lake. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Main Street.
