PARKING
-FREE PARKING. Room for up to four vehicles to park in the driveway leading up to the house. You may park one vehicle in the garage. No parking pass required.
During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.
Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.
Located in Heber City, this vacation home is in the mountains. Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Main Street. Traveling with kids?
