We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean and well amenitized with everything you should need to unwind and relax. Below are more specifics on the house; we send a guest book (post booking) with everything we provide, including pictures of everything included in the kitchen.
HIGH-END AMENITIES

Hammer House has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. We provide a fully stocked kitchen, several comfortable seating areas to unwind, and high-speed WiFi.
ULTIMATE COMFORT

Hammer House has A/C and central Heat with separate temperature zones, for individual comfort throughout the house. Wake up feeling well-rested in one of our beds which all have high end, pillow top mattresses and microfiber sheets. We are fastidiously clean and neat and so is the house.
ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS

We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.

Hammer House is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.

Other Things to Note:

We are an active winery and operational activities will be conducted during you stay. The basement of the farmhouse is occasionally used for a tasting room, with a separate entrance from the home. No Washer & Dryer available.

House is limited to 6 Adults only. Additional guests are not permitted. No pets, No children. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Parties are not allowed during your stay at the house.

The Winery is available to use during your stay. It does close daily at 6pm and then will be off limits to guests.

Please note, there is an electric fence around the vineyard in front of the house to prevent animals from eating the vines.
Interaction with Guests:

Guests let themselves into the house via a Smart Lock and have no interaction with the owner. Owner available via cell for any questions during stay.

Hawley is home to this vacation home. Roebling Aqueduct Suspension Bridge and Minisink Battlefield County Park are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Wallenpaupack and Bruce Lake Natural Area. Soarin Eagle Rail Tours and Carousel Water and Fun Park are also worth visiting.
