A unique opportunity to sleep and relax overlooking the majestic Hudson River only one hour from the great cultural center of New York City. Located on a quiet street that ends at an entrance to the Palisades State Park with a 5 mile bike/hiking trail along the Hudson. Very unique location with spectacular river views. You can visit the museums and theater of NYC and come home to hike and relax and listen to the sound of the river. The house is a 5 minute drive from the Village of Haverstraw and 15 minutes from Nyack, with its charming shops and restaurants. Bear Mountain & Harriman State Park are within a half hour drive with a myriad of amazing hiking trails.
Located in Haverstraw, this vacation home is on the beach. Historical Society of Rockland County and Marian Shrine are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Bear Mountain State Park and High Tor State Park. Ready for a night out? Consider Monteverde at Oldstone and Dramatic Hall. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, mountain biking, and cycling nearby.
