THINGS TO KNOW

There is a boat slip (C-9) with water and electricity that is reserved for 25-foot, shallow draft boats.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Dock details: 25' slip available for shallow draft (no more than 2' draft) boats. Boats with head are NOT Permitted.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Hatteras, this condo is near the airport and on the waterfront. Village Marina and Hatteras Harbor Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum. Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
