Antiquing on Route 6 in Brewster and Dennis is right around the corner. Fisherman will appreciate the central location, minutes from numerous Bay and Sound boat launches.

Second floor offers 2 large bedrooms and common full bath. BR #3 has Queen and bunk (twin over twin).
BR #4 has bunk ( twin over full). This bedroom is arranged with futon and flat screen TV / DVD.
There is a large, clean basement ( with dehumidifier) with ping pong table and dart board for after beach fun.
Fully equipped kitchen: convection microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker, dish washer, toaster, blender and full complement of dishware and cooking utensils. Island seating for socializing. Open kitchen / dining floor plan. Dining area sliding door opens to deck, overlooking large private backyard.
Large one car garage provides ample storage for your bikes and beach gear. Gas grill rolls out to driveway for grilling your favorite dishes.
Come and enjoy the beaches, bike path, golf, fishing, shopping, antiques, restaurants, strolls in Chatham or Harwich, a lazy day on the beach or an afternoon drink on the deck. This home is great for entertaining and is suitable for two families or vacationing adults.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, The Cape Cod Rail Trail/Bike Path is accessed just down the street ; no need to load the bikes on the car! The Pleasant Lake General Store is a quick walk / bike ride away for ice-cream, sandwiches, coffee and groceries.
