On the first floor there is a combination study/bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms including the primary bedroom with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom (shower/tub combo). The second bedroom offers two twin beds. There is an air conditioner in both upstairs bedrooms for added guest comfort!
