The home is located directly on the Delaware River in the heart of the Catskill Mountains on a private road 21/2 Hours from NY City and minutes from major highway, shopping, and restaurants. Located directly on the crystal clear Delaware River with over 100 yards of private water front and beach which is only footsteps from the back deck. Nothing in the area compares in location or interior design! Anything your heart desires is readily available. Weather you would like to relax on a raft in the river or you desire some adventure such as Fishing, Golfing, Swimming, hiking or just relaxing with your feet in the water enjoying the breath taking views. The cabin is professionally decorated made beautiful for your comfort and pleasure. Truly 5 star accommodations ! The Cabin is supplied with state of the art appliances including a front loading washer and dryer, 60 inch smart TV , high speed Fiberoptic internet, AC throughout and a Real Flame electric fire place which can be enjoyed in all the seasons with or without heat. The home is also supplied with a over abundance all of your household needs such as Bed Linens, Towels, Dishes, Pots and Pans all top of the line .
Out side on the deck is a top of the line Weber Genesis gas grill sectional seating a hammock and dinning table and chairs. Down by the river there is a large stone fire pit with wood Adirondack chairs a Kitchen Aide Charcoal and a picnic table with umbrella for those who would like to dine by the river. I also supply a variety of yard games and board games for your entertainment. I try my best to accommodate my guest every need!

Located in Hancock, this cabin is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Robert W. Nichol Nature Preserve and Science Center and Capitol Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Hancock Golf Course and Hancock Golf & Country Club. Enjoy the area's slopes with snowboarding and skiing, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and sledding.
