We offer a lot of privacy, peace, & quiet for Winter Texans or small groups who want to bask in the warmth of our seasons! We have mature shade of our trees, a porch swing, refreshing air-conditioning, and close access to the community swimming pool! Located in La Mirada Country Estates, it offers quick access to major highways & stores while maintaining a quiet and restful retreat from city life.

The open floor plan allows you and your guests to spread out between the TV area, front room, or dining room. Whether you’re staying for a short visit, or staying long term, the functional and well-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and keeping your stay on a budget! Get a great night’s rest on our comfortable Queen-size bed! The outside has mature trees and well-maintained lawns, offering a shady spot.

ENTERTAINMENT:
The home has access to WiFi for your laptop, and smart TVs with apps you can sign into. Guests also have access to La Mirada’s community swimming pool, and access to board games, puzzles, a library of books, and pool-table.

KITCHEN SUPPLIES:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials, including serving dishes, silverware, cups, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, griddle, toasters, microwave, blender, coffee maker, mixing bowls, measuring cups, strainers, and basic spices.

TOIELETRIES AND LINENS:
We have bathing towels, hand towels, and rags. We have extra linens and blankets. We also supply dish soap, scrubbers, cleaning rags, and basic cleaning supplies. We do supply large generic shampoo and body wash; but you may want to bring your own if you have a particular brand you prefer to use.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
The home has a washer and dryer provided, as well as there are large commercial washer and dryers by the swimming pool if you wanted to do a lot of washing in a short time.

PARKING:
Guests have three free parking spaces in front of the home.

Guests have the entire home and yard for themselves. The commercial laundry room, swimming pool, and club-house are shared with the La Mirada Country Estates community.

Even though we allow families in the community, the property is very quiet, with neighbors respecting each other’s privacy and quiet time. The property has friendly on-site managers that can assist you to plan for activities, suggest activities, or places to visit.
Harlingen/McAllen area has shopping, nightlife, museums, outdoor recreation areas, a science center, as well as many locales where birdwatchers can find endemic and migratory species.

Harlingen is home to The Blue Palm, with Pool Access!. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Estero Llano Grande State Park and Victor Park, while Harlingen Arts & Heritage Museum and Rio Grande Valley Museum are cultural highlights.
