• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Load any used dishes into the dishwasher, add the green pod from under the sink, and run it. empty all trash cans and place bags in the outside trash bins to the right as you exit.
• Strip used bed sheets and put them in the washing machine on a hot cycle. leave comforters and pillows folded on the bed. place used towels on the floor in the laundry room.
• Return deck chairs to their original spots and remove all personal food from the fridge and cabinets. lock the front door (keypad) and sliding patio doors. check out by 11 am. thank you!
