Three bedrooms with full size beds and burros. Linens and comforters included. Full kitchen with stove refrigerator, microwave, washer , drier. Full bath with shower. The living room includes a day bed which adds extra sleeping. Flat screen TV . You enter onto a front porch which is all windows and screens. Table, chairs and futon. There is a driveway to the left. Small back yard with picnic table and grille, plus outdoor furniture. Five minute walk to Hamptons main beach and boardwalk. Note that dureing a full moon the water will flood the street a few inches at high tide. Recommended to move you cars at this time.
