Stay where the locals stay - North Beach! 2 Bedroom beach cottage just steps from the ocean. Take about 30 steps across the main road and your feet are in the sand. About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door.
Cottage includes full size kitchen, living room, outdoor patio.
Guests have access to the entire house. Guests will be able to access the cottage with a Touchscreen key-less smart-lock.
Parking for up to 4 cars on the property.
2 bedrooms with 4 beds as well as a Queen blow up mattress and 2 couches. Made to sleep 5 but can sleep up to 8 people with the couches and blow up mattress.
