Come enjoy one of the top 100 cleanest beaches in the US, and old New England charm. Hampton Beach has a full calendar of events beginning in June, with Sand Sculpting Competition, Children's Week, weekly fireworks, nightly activities at the Seashell Stage and Monday Night Movies on the beach. Newer two bedroom, one full bathroom, first floor apartment of an owner occupied house. The house is located on a quiet dead-end street, of mostly owner occupied homes, just a block from the beach, and a short walk to arcades, restaurants, playground and the Seashell Stage with nightly entertainment. Open floor plan with eat-in kitchen and living room area. The kitchen is well equipped, with full size electric range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, BR 2 has a bunk with full on bottom and twin on top and the living room has a queen pull-out sofa. Perfect for two couples or a small family! Maximum Occupancy 5 people per Town of Hampton. Hampton Beach's website includes further information on beach activities including a webcam, and calendar of summer events. Entertainment schedule for Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom can be found on the Ballroom's website. Also it's just a short ride to Portsmouth and outlet shopping in Kittery, ME. **Renter must be 25 years of age or over. Younger than 25 must be accompanied by parents for entire stay. Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Hampton Beach, a neighborhood in Hampton. Hampton Beach and Hampton Beach State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Water Country and Casino Cascade Water Slide. Blue Ocean Discovery Center and Sanborn's Candies are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
