Located on an expansive property, we offer the perfect blend of the peace and quiet of Hampton Bays and the luxurious comforts of home. The home is located on a quiet street and is kid-friendly.
The home has a total of 3 bedrooms- 2 king and 1 queen, including 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has room darkening curtains, Solid wood furniture, Luxury Casper Hybrid and Puffy Royal mattresses in each room.
The large private yard includes patio with lounge seating by Crate and Barrel, Alfresco dining area, Weber grill, outdoor shower, fire pit area with Adirondack chairs, Hammock, Bluetooth speaker, and games such as cornhole, padel etc. We also have beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, tote bags, picnic basket, melamine dishes, acrylic wine glasses and cups, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and in addition to standard appliances, weve included a juicer, Nespresso machine, air fryer, and blender, as well as coffee and tea.
The living area has a bar cart for libations, a dedicated workspace area/desk for remote work, fast wifi, and board games for down time.
Finished basement with foosball table, gym space, and laundry room.
Baby friendly with pack n play as well as high chair, children cutlery, and pool toys and flotation devices.
Located in Hampton Bays, this vacation home is near the beach.
