Spacious deck overlooking Shinnecock Bay with plenty of casual outdoor seating as well as dining table w/umbrella, barbecue, outdoor shower & hot tub. Additional patio w/relaxer and lounge chairs, along side double swing chair and hammock at waters edge. Walk down the 150' dock with lighted flag pole to the floating dock for boat and jet ski floaters or stroll into the water via the small bay beach. There is also a larger community bay beach a few lots down. Enter the spacious great room from the deck through the sliders which continue the view inside. The fully equipped kitchen and eating area has seating for more than twelve. The master with king bed and it's own bath are on one end with a queen bedroom opposite the great room. There's a hall bath with tub, then a den/playroom that connects to the other two bedrooms. There is central air conditioning and ceiling fans in most rooms. Just over two miles to Ponquogue Beach and town. Over 7 waterfront dining options within a 5 mile radius by boat. Southern exposure affords opportunity to view the sunrise and sunset.
Located in Hampton Bays, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Shinnecock Nation Cultural Center and Museum and Quogue Community Hall are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Regal UA Hampton Bays and Sebonack Golf Course. Splish Splash Water Park and All Star Bowling are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
