The heated pool and clubhouse are a short walk form this unit with an outdoor shower. This was the builder’s model and has 2 superior decks with views of the harbor. You can walk to 3 of Southampton outstanding restaurants with outside dining. Several other waterfront restaurants plus Southampton beaches are a short drive away.
