It is located just one mile from the Spooky Nook sports complex and 15 minutes from Miami University. Welcome to your home away from home!

This 2-story duplex house features 11-foot ceilings, large living room, dining room that seats 10-12, updated kitchen and baths, game room with pool table and arcade (games are NFL Blitz & 12 in 1 classic games), library, two covered patios/porches, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit (provide your own firewood), fenced backyard and updated furnishings.

***Note - This property is a duplex. The left side is currently rented so you may see the resident from time to time. However, the backyard and pool/hot tub are for guests only. Also, per City requirements no more than 4 unrelated parties/families are allowed to stay at the property. This is to prevent the streets from becoming too crowded with cars. Located in the heart of Hamilton, Ohio, our house is just 2 blocks from all that Main Street has to offer, including multiple restaurants, bars and fun activities. Hospital less than 1 mile away. We are 1 mile from the new Spooky Nook Sports complex and just 15 minutes from Miami University.
