The two-story main house has three bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms and a den and a bathroom downstairs, — a haven of tranquility.
The master suite is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a spacious layout, warm wood floors, and large windows that offer serene views of the rest of the property and the surrounding neighborhood. An en-suite space is attached to the master suite for extra guests to sleep and a desk.
The remaining two bedrooms offer comfortable Queen-sized beds, one of the bedrooms has it's own bathroom and a terrace.
The den downstairs thoughtfully furnished with a variety of kids' games, books and a sofa bed ensuring that the little ones will have an unforgettable experience during their stay, or an additional sleeping area to accommodate extra guests or for family members who prefer a separate space to unwind, with a bathroom right next to it.

The living room exudes sophistication, featuring large windows that allow abundant natural light to cascade in, accentuating the hardwood floors that span the area.

Adjacent to the living area, you'll find our dedicated yoga and meditation space, thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful sanctuary for your practice. Bathed in natural light, this serene room features an original Spanish hand painted floor, soothing colors, and a serene atmosphere that will inspire mindfulness and inner peace. It is the ideal spot to roll out your mat and engage in your daily yoga routine or meditation practice.

The dining room, adjacent to the living room, also with a lot of natural light boasts an open ambiance. A beautiful chandelier hangs from the ceiling.

The kitchen, while maintaining its historical charm, has been tastefully updated with modern amenities - a blend of style and functionality. Gleaming countertops contribute to the overall charm of the space.

Parking for trailers, RV's, and trucks that are 12' or larger, are strictly prohibited.

Please take note that historic homes with original windows have different heating, cooling, or ventilation systems compared to modern buildings. This may have some effect on the climate control systems in the home.

Please keep in mind that the nearby train adds an urban touch to the surroundings and provides easy access to transportation. While some guests find the distant sound of the passing train to be a unique part of their stay, we understand that others might be sensitive to noise.

Overnight guests not part of the initial booking are strictly prohibited.

This house has on-site devices for your security, such as exterior only motion sensors/cameras.

We have a small guest house that can be rented separately. It is very private, guests staying here will be sharing the laundry room which is located outside the main house, the patio and parking area.
