Resort Fee (Daily Charge):
* 1 to 7 nights: $30/day + tax
* 8 to 14 nights: $25/day + tax
* 15 to 29 nights: $20/day + tax
* 30+ nights: $300/month + $10 for each additional day + tax
Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable):
* A refundable $250 deposit is required at check-in.
* Refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no damages are found. Processing time may vary by financial institution.
Valet Parking (Optional):
* 1–7 days: $28/day per vehicle
* 8–10 days: $25/day per vehicle
* 11–19 days: $250/stay per vehicle
* 20–30 days: $295/stay per vehicle
