We ask that you respect our Luxury unit, 5 Star amenities, building, common areas and neighborhood. Kindly keep noise to a minimum whether indoors or in the common areas. Quite hours are strictly enforced from 11:00p - 8:00a. ABSOLUTELY NO: smoking, parties, filming at our properties and with it carries a $1000 strict fine. The building concierge CANNOT be used for this unit and if they are approached we enforce a fine of $1000. You will be provided a direct contact name, number and email that will be your ONLY contact for the duration of your stay. You will meet your contact concierge at check-in and further instructions will be provided. Standard Check-in/out time: Check-in time is between 2:30p - 9:00p. Check-out time is by 11:30a. Unless, previous arrangements have been made with your privately appointed concierge. She will be in contact with you to coordinate your check-in. Please Note: Guests staying one month + require a criminal background check and will be charged an additional $85per adult applicant.
