The kitchen and living room flow together in an open concept floor plan great for spending time with family and friends.

Adjacent to the living room on the main floor is the king master suite with large windows that capture majestic views and a door that leads to the wrap-around deck. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with duel sinks, and a luxurious jetted tub for relaxing after a long day with a glass of wine.

Downstairs you will find a casual living room - a great space to watch a movie, read a book, or enjoy friendly competition at the foosball table. You will find three more bedrooms and two additional bathrooms on this level. This home is settled in the tree line just 20 minutes from town on Little Muddy Creek Road. The road is paved within a few miles of the home and continues with a smooth gravel road to the property. During the winter months 4-wheel or all wheel drive is recommended depending on the conditions. The area hosts abundant wildlife for your viewing pleasure.

There is an extra refrigerator/freezer in the basement for storing food for your stay.

From May to September cattle graze in the pastures and timber land at the Orville Chandler Ranch. You may encounter them in the fields but they are fenced out of the large yard and parking area surrounding the home.

There is one camera focused on the parking lot that records audio and video for the safety and security of the home.
