Located in Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation villa with private pool with a spa (resting area of the pool) and sleeps up to 8 people. Let’s see what the inside of the house is like. All the bedrooms have wooden flooring. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, patio doors that lead to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom that has dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a garden tub. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two singles beds, which are great for younger members of the family. The kitchen is long and narrow. It has stainless-steel appliances, granite countertop, and it comes full equipped with everything you’d need to put together even the most difficult of meals. It also has a small breakfast bar with seating for up to 2 people. If you need more room to eat, there’s a dining area that has a high table and seating for up to 6. It’s also right next to a patio door that leads onto the pool area. The living room is large and has polished stone floors along with vaulted ceilings. It has a large L-shaped brown leather sectional with reclining seats as well as a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. There are also patio doors that lead to the pool just behind the sofa. This is the perfect place to come back to and relax in after a long day out at the parks. The pool area is large and has views of the golf course. There’s a large swimming pool to cool off in, a raised spa, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tans, a couple of tables with chairs dotted around them, and a couple of rocking chairs for those who want to doze off. There’s even a large rectangular patio table with 6 comfortable chairs under a covered lanai with a barbeque. Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
