This polished single story home, just 2.75 miles south of downtown Ketchum, has had a complete renovation with high end appliances, fixtures, furnishings, antiques and art throughout.

Public fishing access to the Big Wood River is just one block away as is access to 50 miles of public paths for biking, walking or skate skiing. The house is 2 miles from River Run ski lodge and 2.75 miles to the center of downtown Ketchum.
The house has digital Sonos music throughout the living areas, 4 flat screen TV's, a built in bar with wine cooler, ice maker and glasses dishwasher, 3-zone heating/AC system, 2 car garage and large driveway, permanent gas grill, internet service, water softener, hardwood floors and exclusive antiques and fine art.

Located in Ketchum, this vacation home is in the mountains. Sun Valley Ski Resort and Broadway Ski Lift are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sawtooth National Forest and Bald Mountain. Sawtooth Botanical Garden and Argyros Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting.
